Xeomin/Botox
Cosmetic Botox-type injections are a safe and effective way to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These medications are neuromodulators that temporarily block the release of a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction (where nerve endings meet muscle fibers). While you may have heard of different brands of Botox-like injections, they all share this basic mechanism of action. When injected into the muscles of facial expression responsible for a troublesome furrow, these medications cause the targeted muscles to relax, giving the skin a smoother appearance.
To bring you an effective treatment at a great value, we predominantly offer Xeomin® at a rate of $11/unit, but Botox® can also be provided upon request for a variable price.
Effects are not permanent and wear off gradually over a period of several months. Treatments can be repeated as needed to maintain the desired results.
